A lot of college athletes have a hard time affording healthy food for themselves. Add not having enough time to eat or cook the food you just bought and bad food storage practices and you have a bunch of now spoiled food. At this point, you are basically throwing your money away! However, this can all be avoided if you properly store your food and eat it in a timely manner which will result in more money in your wallet and food in your belly. Below are some tips for getting the most out of your grocery runs:
