https://siue.techsmithrelay.com/Xevr Ingredients: Bananas - 2 large, 3 medium, or 4 small ripe bananas 1-2 cups Quick Cook Oats 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips Directions: 1. On a plate, mash the bananas with a fork 2. In a medium to large sized bowl, add 1 cup of oats 3. Add the mashed bananas to the bowl, stir with the oats 4. Add more oats as needed to make the consistency just right 5. Add dark chocolate chips to the bowl and mix together well 6. Spray your baking sheet with cooking oil 7. Use an ice cream scoop or spoon to form even sized cookies 8. Place the cookies on the baking sheet and lightly press down 9. Bake the cookies at 350 F for 13-15 minutes, until they are golden 10. Enjoy! *Store the leftovers in the fridge and enjoy as a grab-and-go healthy nutritious snack :)
