Ingredients: 2-3 Chicken Breasts 1 Yellow Onion 1 Green Bell Pepper 1 Yellow Bell Pepper 1 Red Bell Pepper 2 Tbsp Vegetable Oil Spice Mix: 2 tsp Chili Powder 1 tsp Onion Powder 1 tsp Garlic Powder 1 tsp Paprika 1/2 tsp Cumin Salt & Pepper to taste Directions: 1. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit. 2. Line a sheet pan with parchment paper or foil. 3. In a small bowl mix together the spices: chili powder, onion powder, garlic powder, paprika, cumin, salt and pepper. Put the bowl to the side. 4. Cut chicken into strips. Add the chicken, onion and bell pepper slices to the pan. Drizzle the oil and sprinkle the seasoning on the meat and veggies, mixing together with hands or a spatula. 5. Bake for 12 minutes, flip ingredients on the pan and cook for another 12-13 minutes. To make the chicken and veggies crispier, turn the oven on broil for 2-3 minutes. 6. Enjoy with warmed tortillas.
