Finding time to shop, cook, and prepare healthy meals is challenging with a busy schedule of classes, homework, training, and competition. There are many tips and tricks for collegiate athletes to help manage their busy lives and ensure proper fueling and hydration. Try these time management tips to help you stay nourished and hydrated:
